Messaging Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-08-31
These terms cover the text (SMS) messages sent by the company you applied to through the DSP Portal, a hiring and operations tool operated by AIMS Logistics LLC. They are separate from, and additional to, our Privacy Notice, which explains what we do with your information.
1. Who is texting you
Messages come from the company you applied to. The Portal sends them on that company's behalf, from a phone number registered to that company. Each company using the Portal has its own number; a message about your application will never come from a different employer's number.
2. What we send
- Application updates — confirmation that we received your application, and what happens next.
- Interview scheduling — confirmations, reminders, and a link to reschedule or cancel.
- Onboarding — background check and drug test steps, paperwork links, and start-date information.
- Employment messages, if you are hired — schedule and dispatch notices, documents that need your signature, and safety or operational alerts.
We do not send advertising, promotions, or marketing for any other company. We do not sell or share your mobile number with anyone for their own marketing. Text-message originator opt-in data is never shared with third parties.
3. How often
Message frequency varies. In practice this is typically 2–5 messages per application, plus interview reminders around a scheduled appointment. If you are hired, the number depends on your schedule and on the notifications you have turned on in the Portal.
4. Cost
We do not charge you for these messages. Message and data rates may apply under your own plan with your mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Opting out — reply STOP
You can stop the messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. We will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and then stop. You can also ask us to stop by emailing the address in section 8.
If a company texts you from more than one number — for example one for hiring and a separate one for work schedules once you are hired — replying STOP stops the number you replied to. It does not stop the other one. To stop both, reply STOP to a message from each, or email us and say so.
To start again after opting out, reply START or contact us and ask. Like STOP, this applies to the number you reply to.
6. Getting help — reply HELP
Reply HELP to any message from us for support information, or use the contact details in section 8. If a text is not going through, note that carriers do not guarantee delivery and that some prepaid or business plans block short-code and 10DLC traffic by default.
7. Consent is not a condition
You do not have to agree to receive texts. Consent to text messages is not a condition of applying for a job, of being interviewed, of being hired, or of continued employment. If you leave the SMS box unticked, your application is submitted and considered in exactly the same way — we will contact you by email or phone instead. If you supply a mobile number but do not tick the box, we will not text you.
If you do tick the box, we record what the box said, and the date and time you ticked it, so that both sides have the same record of what was agreed.
8. Contact and support
For anything about these messages — opting out, a wrong number, a message you did not expect — email AIMSLogisticsHR@gmail.com. Include the phone number the message went to. We answer opt-out requests first and within one business day.
9. Wrong number
If you are getting messages meant for someone else, reply STOP and email us at the address above. We will remove the number and correct the record it came from, so it is not re-added by the next update.
10. Changes to these terms
We will update this page when the messaging program changes and revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes are communicated in the Portal to active users.
